The Paw & Whistle Dog Daycare Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our doggy daycare! We're delighted to offer you a monthly membership for your beloved furry friend. Before you enrol, please take a moment to review the following comprehensive terms and conditions:

Membership Benefits:

a. Access to our doggy daycare facility during operational hours.

b. Supervised play sessions and socialization opportunities with other dogs.

c. Daily walks for dogs as part of their daycare experience.

d. Use of our designated rest areas and comfortable accommodations for your dog's relaxation. e. Availability of freshwater and healthy treats throughout the day.

Membership Eligibility:

a. Membership is available to dogs that have successfully completed our initial evaluation and temperament assessment.

b. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations as required by our policy.

c. Dogs must have an active and valid insurance policy that covers accidents, injuries, or third-party liability. Proof of insurance may be required for enrollment.

d. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership if a dog does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Membership Fee and Payment:

a. Membership fees are payable on a monthly basis and are due in advance.

b. The fee amount, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods will be provided upon enrolment.

c. Late payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of membership.

Cancellation and Refunds:

a. Membership can be cancelled at any time by providing written notice 1 month before the next billing cycle.

b. Refunds for membership fees will not be provided for partial months or unused days.

c. We do not bank days, we reschedule them within the billing month or the month after. No more than 6 weeks after cancelled date.

d. You must provide 5 days notice for any cancellations in order to qualify for a rescheduled day.

e. If a cancellation is made during a billing cycle, the membership will remain active until the end of that cycle.

Safety and Health:

a. While we take utmost care to ensure a safe environment, the dog owner acknowledges that interactions between dogs inherently carry some risks.

b. Dogs must be healthy, and free from contagious illnesses or parasites.

c. Dog owners must inform us of any known medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural issues that may affect their dog's participation in daycare activities.

d. All dogs must be treated for fleas and ticks regularly and be on a veterinarian-approved preventative treatment.

e. If your dog is in heat, we must be notified immediately, and they can not return to daycare until two full weeks have passed since last bleed. We will cancel the days they were due in, and reschedule them for when they are able to return.

f. We do not accept any unneutered males over 12 months of age. This is at our discretion.

Liability and Waiver:

a. Dog owners assume full responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or damages caused by their dog while on our premises.

b. We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or harm that may occur to dogs or their owners during daycare sessions.

c. By enrolling in our doggy daycare, the dog owner agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from their dog's participation in daycare activities.

d.I hereby grant my consent for my canine companion to participate in supervised swimming activities within the secure premises of The Paw & Whistle, which include a designated lake situated off-site. I acknowledge and understand that swimming entails inherent risks, encompassing potential drowning, exposure to waterborne contaminants, and the possibility of sustaining injuries.

Insurance Policy:

a. Dog owners must provide proof of an active and valid insurance policy that covers accidents, injuries, or third-party liability for their dog.

b. Dog owners understand and agree that any costs, damages, or liabilities arising from incidents involving their dog(s) are their sole responsibility.

Photography and Promotion:

a. We may occasionally take photographs or videos of dogs during their time at the daycare for promotional purposes. By enrolling your dog, you grant us permission to use such materials without compensation.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

a. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.

b. Any changes will be communicated to members through email, chat, or posted notices at our facility.
