  • Neve Flanagan

    Neve Flanagan

    Dog Handler

Neve is our devoted dog handler at The Paw and Whistle, and she takes care of pick-ups and drop-offs for our club members with calm efficiency and a warm smile. Rain or shine, Neve adores every dog in our care — she knows each one’s name, temperament and little routines, and greets them with the same gentle enthusiasm every time.

Whether she’s collecting a sleepy spaniel from a front door or returning an exuberant terrier to its owner, Neve ensures every journey is safe, comfortable and stress-free. On wet days she keeps the dogs cosy and entertained inside, organising quiet games, gentle handling and cuddle time. When the weather allows, she leads the pack out into the field where they can run, play and socialise under her attentive supervision.

  • Kyle Schophaus

    Kyle Schophaus

    Dog Trainer/Handler

Kyle is our in‑house dog trainer and handler, and he also takes care of bus duties. He brings calm, clear leadership to every session, using positive reinforcement techniques tailored to each dog’s needs. Kyle runs one-to-one training, group classes, and behaviour assessments, and ensures consistency between daycare and home routines.

On the bus, Kyle is responsible for collection and drop‑off safety. Communicates with owners about progress, any incidents and daily updates, keeping records of training goals.

  • Xenia Mousourakis

    Xenia Mousourakis

    Dog Handler

Xenia is one of our newest dog handlers at the club, you’ll mainly meet her when you drop off or pick up your pup. She shadows Neve and Kyle as she settles into the role, learning our routines and getting to know every member and their needs. Calm, attentive and cheerful, Xenia has quickly become a favourite with both dogs and owners. If you see her, feel free to ask about your dog’s day — she’ll be happy to share how they’ve been playing, socialising and learning while with us.
