We are delighted to extend an invitation to you and your furry friend, to become a member of The Paw & Whistle.
Given the small size of the club and its limited capacity, it’s really important for us to ensure that we are building a community with the right members. This doesn’t mean that all our members come to us as a finished product! But the assessments are in place to make sure that all members are suitable for our environment, both for their safety and happiness.
Hopefully you have all the information you need, but in case we missed anything, we have covered pricing, structure, the App and next steps below.

All members have access to the following services:
Fee Structure
Our fee structure works like a monthly subscription. There is a minimum commitment of just 1/2 a day a month, which is designed to make it accessible for owners, whilst ensuring we have enough regular contact to build a relationship with our members.
All memberships are rolling 30 day agreements and whilst they are designed for a longer-term partnership, we don’t believe in tying people in for extended periods of time.
Our memberships are split into two categories:
Weekly (most popular)
Members are able to reserve their preferred day(s) of the week, up to 1 year in advance.
Reserved days can be amended up to 5 days in advance, and assuming we have availability - we are always happy to accommodate changes in schedule.

3 days per week
Flexi - £25 pcm (membership fee)
Designed for members with a moving diary, who require a more flexible solution, or for members that wish to build a bespoke plan, such as two half days a week and one full day.

Each of the above grants you access to our schedule, either online via the app, or by phone, where you can book your desired day(s) unto 12 weeks in advance.
We do not place any limitations on the number of days you wish to book, or the structure of your bookings.
This is a monthly membership, with a fee of £25/month. In addition, you then pay for the ad-hoc day rate.
Our Space & Daily Structure
A state-of-the-art, purpose-built, two-story club in the heart of Reigate, with a private and secure field just under 6 minutes away.
At just under 3000 sq ft, we’ve created a structured space to engage, enrich, calm and excite. With the help of a team of experts, every surface in every zone is carefully curated for welfare, endurance, health, and the happiest experience all-round.
Opening Hours
Our club will be open from 8:00 to 17:15 Monday to Friday. (Unless part of our Breakfast & After-school Pack)
Members Drop Off & Collection (Full Day)
You will be able to drop your dog off any time between 8:00 and 9:30 The first trip to the field leaves at 9.45 so we ask that you do not drop off beyond 9:30 unless previously agreed. If you need an earlier drop off time, please just ask and we will do our best to accommodate.
Our designated collection time will be from 15:15pm to 17:00pm If you require a time outside of these hours, please let a member of the team know.
Members Drop Off & Collection (Half Day)
You will be able to drop your dog off any time between 08:00am and 9:30am if you have a morning booking, or between 12pm to 12:30pm if you have an afternoon slot. The pack will leave for a trip to the field at 12:45pm so we ask that you are on time with your afternoon drop-off.
Morning attendees are to be collected before 12:30pm and afternoon guests are to be collected between 3:30pm and 5:00pm. As always, we will do our best to accommodate any requirements out of this schedule.
Bus Service
Our bus service is only available for full day bookings and will collect your furry pup from your home address between 08:00 and 09:45. Your dog will safely be returned home by 17:00.
07:00 Breakfast/Afterschool Pack. We know that a Reigate workday doesn't always fit into a standard 8-to-5. Our Breakfast & After School Bus Pack: provides a seamless, door-to-door experience for your dog, giving you total peace of mind from dawn until dusk.

Membership info..
We use a subscription model to keep things simple. Your monthly payment will be billed upfront during the first week of the month. As we expect to be closed between Christmas and New Year, our monthly prices are calculated on 51 weeks of the year and not 52, which works out as an average of 4.25 weeks per month.
How Do I Reserve A Membership spot?

Complete the application form using one of the links to “Become a Club member”. One of our belly rub crew will be in touch within 24 hours.

We’ll invite you and your dog to see the space and meet some of the team, so we can both make sure it’s a good fit.
In the same meeting, we’ll complete our full assessment and explain the unique training framework we use with our members. By ascertaining their current capabilities, we can agree on areas of priority and create a bespoke training plan to help achieve your goals.

We have a number of daycare options, from a single half-day to five full days a week, as well as our bus service options. Together we can create a solution that fits your lifestyle and other commitments perfectly.

We’ll agree a start date and help you set up a profile on our app. Our platform provides members with useful tools and insights to track progress, book or amend daycare services and store important information about your dog (like allergies, medication, or dislikes) - all in one place.

Training with us can cause excessive smiling, laughter and regular fun! We offer various training classes whether its for your puppy, adolescent dog or even your golden oldie. Similarly for those looking for more 1 to 1 based training in the home or out on walks, sessions can be specifically tailored to you and your dogs needs.
