Welcome!
We are delighted to extend an invitation to you and your furry friend, to become a member of The Paw & Whistle.
Given the small size of the club and its limited capacity, it’s really important for us to ensure that we are building a community with the right members. This doesn’t mean that all our members come to us as a finished product! But the assessments are in place to make sure that all members are suitable for our environment, both for their safety and happiness.
Hopefully you have all the information you need, but incase we missed anything, we have covered pricing, structure, the App and next steps below.

All members have access to the following services:
Fee Structure
Our fee structure works like a monthly subscription. There is a minimum commitment of just 1/2 a day a month, which is designed to make it accessible for owners, whilst ensuring we have enough regular contact to build a relationship with our members.
All memberships are rolling 30 day agreements and whilst they are designed for a longer-term partnership, we don’t believe in tying people in for extended periods of time.
Our memberships are split into two categories:
Weekly (most popular)
Members are able to reserve their preferred day(s) of the week, up to 1 year in advance.
Reserved days can be amended up to 5 days in advance, and assuming we have availability - we are always happy to accommodate changes in schedule.

5 days a week
Flexi
Designed for members with a moving diary, who require a more flexible solution, or for members that wish to build a bespoke plan, such as two half days a week and one full day.
Membership choices:
1/2 day a month

Each of the above grants you access to our schedule, either online via the app, or by phone, where you can book your desired day(s) unto 12 weeks in advance.
We do not place any limitations on the number of days you wish to book, or the structure of your bookings.
There is an additional monthly membership fee of £20/month to be a Flexi Member.
Our Space & Daily Structure
A state-of-the-art, purpose-built, two-story club in the heart of Reigate, with a private and secure field just under 6 minutes away.
At just under 3000 sq ft, we’ve created a structured space to engage, enrich, calm and excite. With the help of a team of experts, every surface in every zone is carefully curated for welfare, endurance, health, and the happiest experience all-round.

Opening Hours
Our club will be open from 8am to 5,30pm Monday to Friday.
Members Drop Off & Pick Up (Full Day)
You will be able to drop your dog off any time between 8am and 9.30am The first trip to the field leaves at 9.45 so we ask that you do not drop off beyond 9.30am unless previously agreed. If you need an earlier drop off time, please just ask and we will do our best to accommodate.
Our designated pick up time will be from 4.30pm to 5:30pm If you require a time outside of these hours, please let a member of the team know.
Members Drop Off & Pick Up (Half Day)
You will be able to drop your dog off any time between 8am and 9.30am if you have a morning booking, or at 12.30pm if you have an afternoon slot. They will leave for a trip to the field at 12:40 so we ask that you are onetime with afternoon drop-off.
Morning attendees are to be collected at 12.30pm and afternoon guests are to be collected between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. As always, we will do our best to accommodate any requirements out of schedule, please just ask.
Bus Service
Our bus service is only available for full day bookings and will collect your dog from your home address between 8am and 9.30am. Your dog will safely be returned home by 5.30pm.
Daycare Prices
Our memberships follow a subscription model and will be charged 1 month in advance. As we expect to be closed between Christmas and New Year, our monthly prices are calculated on 51 weeks and not 52, which works out as an average of 4.25 weeks per month.

Our weekly service is discounted, depending on the number of days you wish to book.
Weekly Membership Options:
1 day a week (£39 per day) - £165.75 monthly
2 days a week (£38 per day) - £323.00 monthly
3 days a week (£37 per day) - £471.75 monthly
4 days a week (£36 per day) - £612.00 monthly
5 days a week (£35 per day) - £743.75 monthly

Our flexi membership will charge you £20 per month plus the additional dates as and when you require.
Unlike the weekly membership, the cost of each session is fixed.
Flexi Membership Options:
1/2 day a month - £27.50
1 full day a month - £40

All local members have access to our bus service, which collects your dog between 8am - 9.30am and safely drops them back home for 5.30pm.
We don’t want our members stuck in a van for long periods of time, which is why we only offer this service to local members.
If you are too far out for our bus service, we will always try and accommodate an earlier drop off time if it’s possible, so please just ask.
This service is charged at £4 a day and includes both pick up and drop off.
The hard part is done! Now you have received a formal invitation, you just need to select a membership that suits you. Each membership includes one-on-one training every day your dog visits, oodles of outdoor run-around time, structured soft-play sessions, and dedicated rest time in our peaceful sleep zone.
The “Reserve your spot” button will take you straight through to our systems portal. We have partnered with Collar, which is an app that will enable you to your dogs key information in one place, book or amend daycare spaces, communicate with the team and purchase any additional services. It has been custom built for you, but it is a new system for us, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Once you have created a profile on Collar, you will be able to select a membership plan and choose a start date. You will secure the booking with your card details but we will not charge your card until 5 working days ahead of your start date. This is to give everyone a chance to reserve a spot, but also meet the team and see the space ahead of committing.
How Do I Reserve A Membership?

Complete the application form using one of the links to “Become a member”. A coach from the team will be in touch within 24 hours.

We’ll invite you and your dog to see the space and meet some of the team, so we can both make sure it’s a good fit.
In the same meeting, we’ll complete our full assessment and explain the unique training framework we use with our members. By ascertaining their current capabilities, we can agree on areas of priority and create a bespoke training plan to help achieve your goals.

We have a number of daycare options, from a single half-day to five full days a week, as well as home collection or drop off and pick up. Together we can create a solution that fits your lifestyle and other commitments.

Following these steps you will then receive an official invitation to become a member of The Paw & Whistle!
We’ll agree a start date and help you set up a profile on our app. Our platform provides members with useful tools and insights to track progress, book or amend daycare services and store important information about your dog (like allergies, medication, or dislikes) - all in one place.
